Order ships between 3-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out. This an estimate that does not include weekends or holidays. When the order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking the tracking information.
To ensure that your package is delivered and receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is entered correctly. Both billing and shipping information needs to be the same.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us. We will do our best to change the address. If we are not able, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information.
If your tracking information states your package was delivered and you have not received it, please check with the United States Postal Service. We do not take responsibility for lost/stolen packages and do not refund shipping fees.
Once your package leaves our location, we are not responsible for them. Once we send the order, it is between you and the USPS. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We hope that you love your item(s) but understand things don't always work out. You can return your item(s) up to 7 days after it is received for a store credit unless the product is defective. All products are inspected as they are shipped out. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We absolutely want to make it right!! Exchanges and refunds on damages will be handled on a case by case basis to avoid abuse of the policy. If your product is deemed defective upon inspection, you will get a replacement.
If the returned item does not make it back to Alynauve Boutique within 7 days of you receiving it, the request will be cancelled and sent back at the customer's expense. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees to send items back to Alynauve Boutique. We encourage you to use a trackable return shipping method to avoid items being lost in transit. Items will be inspected and store credits for future purchases will be issued via email.
Returned items must be unworn, perfume and smoke free, stain free, makeup and deodorant free, with original tags attached. If the item does not meet these requirements, it will be sent to return address at the customer's expense.
